29334 Junior Science/Math Vacancy ~ 

2013 से चलती आ रही इस भर्ती का अंत भी हुआ। एकल पीठ में जो याचिककर्ता थे और सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जो अनुच्छेद 32 या IA में याचिककर्ता थे उन्हें नियक्ति देने का आदेश लेकिन एक condition है कि वे याचिककर्ता मेरिट में आने चाहिए नाकि समस्त को लाभ मिला है, इसके अलावा जो मेरिट में है भी लेकिन याचिककर्ता नहीं है वे भी लाभ नही पाएँगे। 

Deadline Dec/31/2019 है, आदेश के पैरा 16 पर न जाइये, मेरिट की बात आदेश के शुरू में ही कह दी है तो एक तो मेरिट में होने चाहिए और दूसरा दी गई deadline के अंतर्गत याची हो। 

ये कोई याची लाभ नहीं है बल्कि एकल पीठ में की गई याचिका के आदेश को ही reiterate किया गया है जिसमें मेरिट में आने वालों को रखने की बात कही थी और सरकार बदलने पर भर्ती जिस प्रकार रोकी गई थी उसको ग़लत ठहराया गया था। 

बमुश्किल इस हिसाब से पूरे प्रदेश में मेरिट में आने वाले और जो याचिककर्ता भी थे सौ लोग मिल जाएँ बहुत बड़ी बात है। 

याची लाभ होता है जैसे हमें मिला था कि जो सामने है उसको फाँसी दे दो 😅 और ऐसा इतिहास में एक ही बार हुआ है बाक़ी अन्य जगह ऐसी terms & conditions apply की ही गई हैं

It's ironic that when the then-understood Latin was scrambled, it became as incomprehensible as Greek; the phrase 'it's Greek to me' and 'greeking' have common semantic roots!
