अंतर्जनपदीय पारस्परिक स्थानांतरण विशेष*

*सचिव महोदय के 11 जून 2024 के आदेश  के अनुसार -अजय कुमार बनाम उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य व अन्य में पारित इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के अनुक्रम में अंतर्जनपदीय पारस्परिक स्थानान्तरण  में आप एक बार लाभ लेने के बाद अगले वर्ष भी पुनः लाभ ले सकते हैं।*

*विशेष अपील संख्या-419 डी0/2021 अजय कुमार बनाम उ०प्र० राज्य व अन्य म मा० उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश दिनांक 05.07.2021 के विरुद्ध विशेष अनुज्ञा याचिका संख्या-8020/2022 उ0प्र0 राज्य व अन्य बनाम अजय कुमार व अन्य योजित की गयी थी, जिसमें मा० उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा दिनांक 30.10.2023 को पारित आदेश के प्रभावी अंश निम्नवत् हैः-

"Having heard Ms. Sansriti Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and Mr. MKS Menon, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Prem Prakash, learned counsel for the respondent(s), we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed.

The petitioner is now directed to comply with the directions of the High Court, if not already complied with, within a period of four weeks from today."Pending application(s) shall stand disposed of.

It's ironic that when the then-understood Latin was scrambled, it became as incomprehensible as Greek; the phrase 'it's Greek to me' and 'greeking' have common semantic roots!
