➡️ _मृतक की पत्नी या पति_
➡️ _25 साल से कम का अविवाहित बेटा_ ➡️ _अविवाहित, विधवा या तलाकशुदा बेटी जो मृतक पर आश्रित हो_ ➡️ _दिव्यांग बच्चा जो खुद कमा नहीं सकता_ ➡️ _मृतक पर आश्रित माता-पिता_ ➡️ _मृतक पर आश्रित भाई-बहन_*_नोट-_* _फैमिली पेंशन सबसे पहले मृतक के पति या पत्नी को दी जाएगी। अगर पति या पत्नी नहीं है तो बच्चों को, बच्चे नहीं हैं तो माता-पिता को और माता-पिता भी नहीं हैं तो दिव्यांग भाई-बहन को दी जाएगी।
